Joel T. Chaisson, II Welcome
to the Louisiana Senate Website, nationally recognized for its efforts
to provide useful information to the public. It is my honor and
privilege to serve as Louisiana Senate President and to represent the
people of District 19. The members of the Louisiana Senate believe
that it is important that we make every effort to make sure the
citizens of Louisiana are able to participate in the work of their
