Glenn Koepp was elected Secretary of the Senate in 2004.  He served as the Assistant Secretary of the Senate and the Director of the Legislative Bureau since 1980. He is also in charge of all Senate Redistricting activities. Prior to this he was a student worker for the House of Representatives and later an attorney for the House Retirement Committee. Glenn is located in the Senate Basement of the State Capitol and can be reached by at (225) 342-5997.

Yolanda Dixon was appointed First Assistant Secretary of the Senate on March 22, 2004.  She is in charge of the Legislative Bureau and handles the mechanics of the Boards and Commissions confirmation process for the Senate.  Yolanda previously served in the Senate as Senate Counsel, Director and Deputy Director of the Judiciary and Government Division for Senate Legislative Services and as a staff attorney in the Louisiana Attorney General's Office.  Yolanda is located on the 2nd floor of the State Capitol, Room 206 and can be reached at (225) 342-6184

Cooper Roberts was appointed Second Assistant Secretary of the Senate in 2004.  He has been employed full time with the Senate since 1992. Prior to this he taught school and was employed by the Senate as endorsement clerk for the Legislative Sessions from 1974 until 1992. Stacy DeLaney has been employed full-time by the Senate as an Operations Aide assigned to the Secretary of the Senate. Stacy began working for the Senate part-time in 1996 as the Bill Room Supervisor. Prior to that she worked at Union National Life Insurance as an accounting clerk and at American General Finance as a loan officer.
